Terms of Service

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to consent to processing of your data in your jurisdiction (at least 13, or older where required).

Acceptable use

You agree not to use PicShares to:

• Upload or generate content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, or that violates others’ rights.
• Harass, impersonate, or infringe the privacy of other people.
• Create deceptive deepfakes intended to defame or defraud.
• Abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit limits, or privacy controls.

Content may be reported by other users and reviewed by moderators. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Your content and ownership

You keep ownership of the images and captions you create or upload. You grant PicShares a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service according to the audience you choose. In shared group albums, other members may view and remix images you add; you retain ownership of your originals.

AI features and credits

AI operations consume credits under a daily allowance and a global spend cap. Credits have no cash value. AI output can be imperfect or unexpected; you are responsible for how you use and share it. See the AI Content disclosure.

Service availability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We work to keep it available and backed up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On deletion, your account and stored image objects are removed.
